The best way to reschedule an appointment is to email us by replying to the original confirmation email. Please be sure to include property address and your new preferred date and time. We will email you back to confirm the new date and time, or offer alternatives if we can't accommodate the request.
Please note: OHP allows customers to reschedule an appointment one-time at no charge. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee of $25.
