All customers must now have a valid credit card on file to submit a new order. Most customers are invoiced upon the completion of their order. If unpaid, the customer's card will be charged 30 days after the invoice is sent.
However, customers from certain brokerages are not billed directly. Instead, OHP invoices certain brokerages directly, rather than invoicing the customer.
Customers from these brokerages are not invoiced directly, as those invoices go directly to the broker. However, we do still require a valid credit card on the account.
